Strategic Review


The aim of the strategic review is to identify purpose, vision, values, culture, core competencies, operating environment (PESTE), look at key performance data and lessons learned to identify risks and opportunities. This can be done via workshop and brainstorming with some one on one or focus groups before bringing it all together.Out of this comes a list of opportunities which get weighted according to factors including risk/benefit, synergy, brand reinforcement/new life and Return on Investment (ROI).
There will then be action plans and resource plans drawn up for the most beneficial opportunities including progress indicators.
