Implementing the Plan

Many organisations spend significant time developing a strategic plan/business plan but often do not follow through with implementation/making it happen. There needs to be a clear path from Strategy to Action. This can be done using the PDCA cycle (Plan, do, check, act) however we prefer to use plan, do, evaluate, improve.
Strategic Planning Consultants will assist you develop an implementation plan (change management plan) which ensures everyone knows what they have to do, skills and resources needed to make the plan successful and how the plan will succeed.
Additionally progress measures will be established to ensure the plan can be measured, monitored and where necessary action taken.
The turbulent business environment means that sometimes the plan will need to be changed in order for your organisation to remain viable and sustainable.
