Risk Management Consultants will assist your organisation with Risk Management (incl. ISO 31000) and provide the methodology to identify risks and treat them (avoid/reduce/eliminate).
Identifying and treating risks also often provides opportunities which provides additional benefits.
Risk Management consultants will assist/coach so that the risk management methodology can be applied to many organisational aspects including hazards (incl accidents), organisation, financials (incl viability), environmental (eg spills, leaks etc), market, projects, processes, planning, products, services etc.
Please note that ISO 31000 has now replaced AS 4360.
