Quality Management Consultants/ISO Consultants will work with you to identify:
- current strengths,
- risks,
- opportunities
- areas requiring improvement.
The consultants will review, interview, audit and/or self assessment and will use as references quality and Best Practice Standards and Frameworks including ISO 9001, ISO 9004 and Business Excellence.
The Action Plan will then be developed collaboratively and implemented.
