HR Review and Action Planning
Human Resources consultants (HR Consultants) will work with you to review where you are at and where you would like to be. We will also incorporate ISO 9004 and Investors in People (IiP) as appropriate to your needs.
HR consultants will then develop an approach to suit your organisation, drawing on their knowledge/experience and ISO 9004/Investors in People (IiP) international standards.
The approach will identify:current strengths, risks, opportunities areas requiring improvement
A combination of interview, audit, self assessment and information analysis will part of our approach.
We will develop a draft report and the agenda for the action planning workshop collaboratively.
The HR Review outcomes will be tabled via an Action Planning workshop where required actions are developed collectively. This approach ensures the action plan is effectively implemented with significant benefits to your organisation and stakeholders.
