Corporate Governance consultants will work with you to review where you are at and where you would like to be with Corporate Governance. We will also incorporate AS 8000 series of standards and ISO 26000 which is an international standard on Corporate Social Responsibility.
Corporate Governance consultants will develop an approach to suit your organisation, drawing on their knowledge/experience and AS 8000/ISO 26000 standards.
The approach will identify:

- risks,
- opportunities
- areas requiring improvement
A combination of interview, audit, self assessment and information analysis will part of our approach.
We will develop a draft report and the agenda for the action planning workshop collaboratively.
The Corporate Governance Review outcomes will be tabled via an Action Planning workshop where required actions are developed collectively. This approach ensures the action plan is effectively implemented with significant benefits to your organisation and stakeholders.
