BCAI Members Provide Solutions - Right Turn for CGU Insurance

Collaboration and partnering to help clients develop their sales skills
CGU Insurance has been working for over 100 years in Australia providing innovative products and services to the intermediaries in the insurance market. CGU’s vision is to recognised as the leader in their segment of the market.
What CGU wanted to do:
- Provide a forum where their brokers could get to know them better
- Understand the business issues faced by their brokers
- Work with their brokers to help them grow their businesses
- Develop more robust relationships with their brokers and authorised reps
- Develop a richer understanding of the needs and issues of the end client
What Right Turn did:
- Structure a program for insurance brokers to develop Sales Skills, to assist in growing their businesses and client base
- Package the program offer to intermediaries across the state, including regional areas where training opportunities are limited.

Solar Spirit Australia - A TAFE SA Initiative Case Study
What TAFE SA wanted to do : 
- Embed the building of the Solar Spirit racing car project into education programs for TAFE SA student curriculum work
- Access and optimise the best solar research and development in South Australia.
- Boost technologies and education skills for South Australia to compete in global markets.
- Build a self-funding, technology rich program with long term benefits for all stakeholders.
- Accelerate greater resource development into world class training and education.
- Sell Watt Hour certificates online through the Solar Spirit Shop.
- Raise funds by selling sponsor products for "Solar Spirit Australia" via the integrated WallCann web shop branded as Solar Spirit Australia
What WallCann did :
- Implement WallCann 365 sales and marketing to grow brand awareness via Solar Spirit Australia Self-Managed Website.
- Energise WallCann 365 advocate marketing network to sell spons
BCAI Members Provide Solutions - Academy IT

Academy IT has assisted many organisations with Training Needs Analysis and IT Training from their Training Rooms at Mawson Lakes. This has led to improvements in efficiency and better returns on investment from IT.
Academy IT now has training rooms in Adelaide's CBD to provide services including Project Management, IT Accredited Training. As an RTO clients can be assured of quality outcomes and ongoing support.
BCAI is proud to be associated with Academy IT and congratulates them on their growth.

The Consulting Alliance (BCAI) has launched a brand new dynamic website to better serve the needs of its members and clients. The site concept was thought up by the Consulting Alliance's founding members and developed by Wallcann Pty Ltd who is also a member.
The site features member applications including supporting documentation with member vetting done by BCAI Executive.
Client features include search for a service, create an enquiry or ask questions via a public forum.
BCAI intends to keep developing the site with leading edge tools and techniques and ensure that members and clients receive the expected value and support.
